deposit paid when reserving your reception
room that will be applied to your final
bill.

Set-Up. Minimum of $250 otherwise
will be charged another $75.00 for
bartender fee.
Security is required
at the event. One guard per 100
people at $20.00 per hour.
Master’s Ballroom requires a
minimum of 2 security guards.

room booked. Please see coordinator
for details. A 6.5% Sales Tax, 18%
Gratuity, and a 3% Credit Card processing
fee will be added to the final bill on all
food and host bar totals.
Estimated balance due
is required 72 hours (3 business days)prior
to the event, the reception bill and
deposit can be made by cash/check however a
credit card number (valid expiration
through the date of the reception) is still
due at the time of booking to hold the
reception balance. Damage or
extensive cleaning of/or to the reception
area will result in the adequate charges.
Guarantee numbers for guests is
required seven (7) days prior to your
reception.
